Program Assistant (Remote)
Our Program Assistant will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in the daily operations of Girl RELAX.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring online booking system is running smoothly and reflects current availability
- Send confirmation and follow-up emails to clients after bookings
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, website forms, and social media
- Handle rescheduling or cancellations and update internal calendars accordingly.
